  • Meijer near the car-wash/electric car charging area off US-31 (also connects to Route 7 and the WEST Route) or at the
  • Park-n-Ride lot adjacent to Woodland Creek Furniture (Holiday Rd. & US-31)
    • The Bayline also serves the Larry C. Hardy Parking Deck in downtown Traverse City (State & Park Street eastbound and Front & Park Street westbound). 

 

 at LaFranier Rd is open at the south side of town!  1447 Carriage View Drive off LaFranier Rd (just north of Hammond).  From there, ride Route 2, 5, 7, 13, 14, 16, & 31.

 

The Old Town Parking Deck is served by City Loop Route 1 (Union & 7th St.), Route 2 (Cass & Lake St.) and Route 13. Click here for information.  $1.50/$0.75 per ride.

 

Coming into Traverse City? Try our Village Loop route (click here)  connecting Leelenau and Grand Traverse Couty. Park-n-Ride locations include: $3.00/$1.50 per ride.

 

  • Leelanau Sands Casino in Peshawbestown (Village Loop 10, just north of Suttons Bay), 
  • M-72 MDOT Park-n-Ride Leelanau County in between TC and Maple City.  (Village Loop 11, Leelanau Flex, summer only 2x/weekday)
  • Blue Vase Book Exchange in Interlochen (Village Loop 12
  • Acme MDOT Park-n-Ride lot at the Meijer on M-72 (Village Loop 14)

Bike racks are on every BATA bus for your convenience, and the Bike-n-Ride program allows up to eleven bicycle riders to park on one end of the Leelenau Trail, enjoy a one-way bike ride, and get a bus ride home for you and all your bikes!

 

Visit our Destination Downtown page to see how downtown workers you can qualify for a free BATA pass on our fixed routes.  Receive a year transit pass from your downtown employer and all of your BATA rides are paid by the Downtown Development Authority.
