BATA's Park-n-Ride services

Park-n-Ride for free on the :  Park at Meijer near the car-wash (US-31) or at the MDOT Park-n-Ride lot adjacent to Woodland Creek Furniture (Holiday Rd. & US-31) and hop on the Free Bayline!  Buses run every 20-30 minutes, 6 AM–9 PM on weekdays and 9AM - 9 PM on Saturday. The Bayline also serves the Larry C. Hardy Parking Deck in downtown Traverse City (State & Park Street eastbound and Front & Park Street westbound).  View our Bayline map and schedule here.

The Old Town Parking Deck is served by City Loop Route 1 (Union & 7th St.) & Route 2 (Cass & Lake St.) every half hour for most of Monday-Friday, every hour on Saturdays.

You may explore these park-and-ride options from our Village Loop routes connecting Leelenau and Grand Traverse Couty. Park-n-Ride locations include Turtle Creek Casino in Williamsburg, Leelanau Sands Casino in Peshawbestown (just north of Suttons Bay), and at the Blue Vase Book Exchange in Interlochen.

Bike racks are on every BATA bus for your convenience, and the Bike-n-Ride program allows up to eleven bicycle riders to park on one end of the Leelenau Trail, enjoy a one-way bike ride, and get a bus ride home for you and all your bikes!
