Link/Deviation Phone Scheduling & Customer Service

  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

 

One-day advanced registration for Link services can be made at BATA transfer stations or by phone (231.941.2324) during the hours below. Link rides can be requested as needed at any time using the BATA Link app up to a day in advance.

Holiday Service Hours

 

BATA will be closed on Memorial Day, May 25. Limited Link service will be available on Memorial Day from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Rides can be requested in advance by phone before 5 p.m. on May 24, riders can use the BATA Link mobile app or BATA Scheduling will be open from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. to request a ride on Memorial Day.
