Advanced Registration Scheduling Hours

Advanced registration for Link services can be made at BATA transfer stations or by phone (231.941.2324) during the hours below. Registration within these hours the day prior to travel is required to ensure service. Link On-Demand rides can be requested in real-time at any time using the TransLoc app or web portal or up to a day in advance via the phone, and Village Link rides can be requested up to a week in advance by phone.

 

Daily 5:00am – 5:00pm

Transfer Station Service Hours

Cass Rd. Transfer Station Service
Mon–Fri 5:00am–8:00pm (service window temporarily closing at 2:30pm - lobby still open until 8pm)
Sat–Sun 9:00am–6:00pm (service window temporarily closing at 2:30pm - lobby still open until 6pm)
Hall St. Transfer Station Service
Mon–Fri 7:00am–6:30pm
Sat–Sun 8:30am–6:30pm
  • NOTE: Starting Oct. 4 the Hall Street Transfer Station will be open the following hours: 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday – Friday and 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
