BATA's Village Loop Route 14 - Acme provides direct transportation for between the Cherry Capital Airport, East Bay/West Bay hotels, Grand Traverse Resort, Acme, and downtown Traverse City. Route 14 connects to the free Bayline bus at downtown Traverse City and in East Bay Beach District.  Check the schedule for departure times or go to www.batabustracker.com to track Route 14 as it travels to/from the airport. We suggest downloading The Transit App for super easy navigating by bus!

 

Riders can arrive and depart at the Bayline stops on US 31 at Barlow St, Milliken/Fair, TC State Park/Pinestead Reef, Economy Inn/Grand Beach Hotel, and Four Mile Road - plus Grand Travere Resort in Acme, East Bay Park-n-Ride, and Hall St. Transfer Station in Downtown Traverse City. 

 

For service to the hotel door, tell the driver at the airport which hotel you are staying at along its route or call 231-941-2324 to ask dispatch for a bus to deviate to your hotel and bring you to the airport.  

 

BATA's Route 14 bus departs Traverse City's Cherry Capital Airport Monday - Saturday at 7:57am, 8:50am, 9:57am, 10:50am, 11:57am, 1:50pm, 2:57pm, 3:50pm, 4:57pm, 5:50pm, (6:57pm on Saturdays) and (7:41pm on Mondays - Fridays).  All of these trips connect with the Bayline between downtown Traverse City and the East Bay Beach district and cost $3.00 for an adult rider ($1.50 for seniors, students, veterans, and diabled riders).

 

Route 14 operates Monday - Saturday 7:57 am to 6:57(Sat)/7:41(M-F)

 

*The 7:41 pm MONDAY-FRIDAY bus connects at LAFRANIER to the 8am Route 2 bus TO CONNECT TO DOWNTOWN.  No transfer fees apply.  Cash accepted in $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills.  Mobile payments on EZ Fare will be accepted starting August 17, 2026.  Credit cards will be accepted on buses begining fall 2026.
