There are residents and families in our community who struggle to afford transportation costs.  Consider purchasing BATA transit cards for people in need and donating them to the groups who can distribute them.  Father Fred, Central United Methodist Church, Grand Traverse Commission on AgingGoodwill, Salvation Army, Safe Harbor, and TCAPS's Student Support Network are some of the groups in our region that regularly distribute BATA passes. You can purchase some of these passes through these organizations, or purchase passes at BATA's Hall Street to deliver to them yourself.
