What is a flag stop and how does it work?

Flag stops are allowed along all Village Loop and Flex routes. Riders can simply wave the bus down along any Village Loop or Flex route and board the bus or ask the driver to stop anywhere along the route to depart the bus. Call BATA Dispatch Services for more information.

What is a route deviation?

Village Loop and Flex routes allow deviations up to ¾ of a mile off the normal route path. Call BATA Dispatch Services at (231) 941-2324 to schedule a route deviation.
