BATA also shares information and discusses current and future services with a volunteer Local Advisory Council consisting of community members representing various groups throughout Grand Traverse and Leelanau Counties. The Local Advisory Council meets at BATA's Hall Street Transfer Station every January to discuss and approve BATA's Accessibility Plan for MDOT, then twice more in the year for updates, comments, and generating ideas. Please contact us at info@bata.net if you're interested in participating.
