PUBLIC NOTICE
Special Board Meeting of the BATA Board of Directors
Notice is hereby given that the BATA Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting to discuss the Executive Director position. The Board will enter Closed Session pursuant to Section 8(h) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act, to review the BATA attorney’s written opinion that is exempt from public disclosure under state or federal law. The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the Hall St Transfer Station located at 115 Hall St, Traverse City, MI 49684.
