Dial-a-Ride Tips

CityRide, CountyRide and AfterHours are demand-response, curb-to- curb services; pick-up times might vary from those reserved by up to a half hour depending upon system demand.

Wheelchair lifts are available on BATA buses; please inform us if you need a lift bus when you call to arrange your ride.

Be ready to board when your bus arrives; drivers can wait only two minutes to see your approach.

We will make other stops in route; plan a longer ride than you would expect in a car.

To help us serve you more efficiently, have your pass in hand as you board. If paying with cash, bring the correct fare. Drivers cannot make change.

Please be courteous to your fellow BATA riders- limit your packages to what you can carry on as you board.

”No-Shows” slow service for everyone- please call to cancel your ride if your plans change.

For early morning and evening trips, have a porch light on to help drivers find your address.
